QA Officer - Cilgerran & Newcastle Emlyn (working in two sites)
£25,000 - £29,000 p/a
THE ROLE..
This is an exciting time for a QA Officer to join the fast-growing, progressive pharmaceutical company as they embark on many new projects on the horizon.
WORKING HOURS..
Mon - Friday (9am - 5pm) 37 hours per week
DUTIES INCLUDE...
As a QA officer you will ensure quality systems are maintained in compliance with regulations, company standards, and the overall quality management system.
Report performance metrics and KPIs, identify compliance and performance issues/risks, then draw conclusions and make recommendations to management.
Review, check, and approve completed batch records and quality documentation to ensure GxP compliance prior to certification by the QP
Perform internal audits and support external audits
Investigate deviations, complaints, and adverse events to identify the true root cause, then implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Support the generation, review, and completion of Change Controls
Manage and collate information for Product Quality Reviews.
Support regulatory and customer inspections.
Provide intra/interdepartmental training as required.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED...
Degree in a scientific discipline preferable.
A minimum of one years’ experience in a similar role
Strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Pays strict attention to detail and has the ability to analyse data and detect trends
Drives & access to own vehicle (due to the location)
