Role Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
* Conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles
* Supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including maintaining candidate databases and scheduling interviews
* Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process
* Collaborating with team members to refine sourcing strategies and improve our candidate outreach
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Experience in recruitment or resourcing is advantageous but not essential - a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are key!
* Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with recruitment software is a bonus
