What You’ll Be Doing
1. Preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients for our seasonal menus
2. Cooking and plating dishes, in the hot section of the kitchen, with precision and creativity.
3. Ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish served
4. Testing food to maintain quality, taste, and temperature
5. Operating kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
6. Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
7. Supporting and training commis chefs in the team
What We’re Looking For
1. A team player with great attention to detail
2. A positive and passionate approach to cooking
3. Previous kitchen experience (preferred but not essential)
4. A Level 3 cookery qualification (or willingness to complete training)
Work Schedule: We’re looking for a Part Time or Full Time Chef that includes weekends and a mix of shifts. Need flexibility? Let’s talk!
