We are looking for an individual who can work as an operator. Overall, this role is responsible for ensuring the overall operational success of the technology. You will work in a live environment to apply software expertise to aid in each matchday.
Main Responsibilities:
* Work with the operations team according to the flow of live play and the system.
* Master and have complete command over the entire system and processes.
* Analyse live tracks, validate markings, and provide QA as necessary for all system events.
* Aptly available to work on Second Spectrum game operations duties such as tracking and data delivery.
Required skills:
* Background working with football refereeing terms or ideally, as a referee.
* Knowledge and experience with definitional football terms.
* Proactively communicative.
* A strong tolerance for repetitive tasks.
* Prior experience making time-critical judgment calls regarding live data processing, and engineering support.
* Enforcement of self-accountability and the performance of a large team.
* Must be able and available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
* Must possess flexibility, including early morning and late evenings.
