Person specification
* RMN/RNLD or AHP registered with the HCPC
* Evidence of continuous professional and management development
* Experience of working in a senior Nursing or AHP post in an acute/urgent mental health setting
* Extensive knowledge of service issues and priorities facing acute/urgent Mental Health services
* Evidence of developing the Nursing and AHP workforce to enhance clinical practice
* Educated to Master level in a healthcare related subject
* Experience of deploying improvement methodology with success in an NHS setting

All successful applicants will be required to complete the Trust’s induction programme. The Fundamental (Statutory and Mandatory) training will be in an e-learning format. You will be required to complete training modules online (approx. 9-14 hours depending on post) by the end of your first week with us.
