Based in Ilkeston, DE7, Rutland Manor offers care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia and complex needs. Position Details Location: Ilkeston, DE7 Position: 37.5 hours per week Rate of Pay: £27,500 – depending on experience and qualifications Website Required: We are looking to speak with applicants that have experience of working as an Administrator in a care setting and have worked on payroll preparation, rotas, staff files and have overseen recruitment and onboarding. Experience with Excel is also required alongside a Driving licence and access to a vehicle. Benefits Annual Monarch Healthcare Awards and Dinner 5.6 weeks of Annual Leave Refer a Friend Bonus Scheme Access to on-site parking Supportive team environment Contributory Pension Administrator Responsibilities As an Administrator at Monarch Healthcare, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Maintain accurate records of the home in line with Company policy and procedures Prepare and issue reports as required Calculate wages and send to the finance department Support with the preparation or Inputting of rotas on to the system Process receipts of monies against Clients’ accounts. Maintain records and assist clients with accessing funds and settling accounts on their behalf, if required Maintain Staff attendance records Maintain files for Clients and Staff in line with Company procedures and regulation. Process the onboarding of new staff members Provide administrative support to the Management team Answer the telephone, respond to enquiries from Clients and Visitors at Reception, and re-direct enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner Maintain stationery supplies.
