Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager - Marketing Agency
Location: Hampshire.
Work: Hybrid, Min of 3 days in office, 2 from home.
Salary: £26-32k (Doe)
We are seeking a Marketing Exec or Manager to join a superb marketing agency based in Hampshire. We want someone who is forward-thinking, ideas-driven and can support the Marketing Director in delivering a mix of social media, content creation, copywriting and digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, Paid Social Media Ads, Email/CRM). Ideally, someone who can help shape and implement digital marketing/content strategies for a wide range of B2B clients.
You will:
* Work with our small agency team to help build our client's social media and content strategy (LinkedIn Social, B2B social and content planning/content creation).
* Help plan and organise events across the country.
* Plan and organise video/photoshoots.
* Create and manage marketing plans.
* Manage social media accounts.
* Produce and schedule content that engages existing audiences and attracts new ones.
* Write case studies and articles that encourage engagement across websites and social channels (Copywriting blogs, communications pieces).
* Build a consistent tone of voice that clients can use across multiple touchpoints.
* Reply to clients and assist them with any queries they may have.
* Explore new ways of reaching potential customers.
* Write, test and monitor email newsletters.
* Build digital marketing campaigns using LinkedIn PPC ads/Google Ads or similar.
* Create and analyse data and metrics for email campaigns (Hubspot/Salesforce or similar CRM’s).
* Write and edit blog posts.

Education:
* A marketing/communications degree or an equivalent.
Experience:
* 2 - 3 years' experience ideally in a creative, marketing or advertising agency.
* Experience of managing and growing social media accounts.
* Experience using WordPress, Squarespace & Mailchimp is important but not a must.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs/Sheets.
* Adobe Photoshop and InDesign experience would also be beneficial.
