Anderson Knight is recruiting for a Temporary Administrator for a well-established company based in South Lanarkshire. Typically, you will be working Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:30 and 08:30 to 16:00 on a Friday. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. £25,000. Main duties and responsibilities are: • Input, update, and maintain accurate records in databases, spreadsheets, and systems. • Excel Spreadsheet Handling • Create and update Excel spreadsheets as per project requirements. • Utilise functions like VLOOKUP, formulas, and formatting tools to organise data efficiently. • Pivot Table Creation and Analysis • Provide general administrative support, including correspondence and scheduling tasks related to data projects. • Collaborate with team members to align data tasks with organisational goals. • Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned, such as formatting documents or preparing templates in Excel. Key attributes and skills: • Organised, methodical approach to work with excellent time management skills. • Attention to detail. • Able to work to targets, KPIs and SLAs. • IT literacy with the ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook. • Previous experience in the utility industry would be advantageous.
