The Caring Kitchen is looking for a passionate and friendly Chef de Partie Are you that individual who is passionate about food? Do you have that professional and friendly approach to work? If so, then we have just the role for you The Caring Kitchen is the commercial arm of The Prince of Wales Hospice and offers catering services for everyone in the community who wants high quality, freshly made food. You will be working alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef in our commercial part of the kitchen, delivering high quality food for private and corporate events. We are looking for someone with: Great cooking skills with the ability to produce high quality food with high standards of presentation Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety rules in the kitchen Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload. Applying for this role To be considered for this role you will need a basic food hygiene certificate and a City and Guilds 705 or NVQ (or a significant period of time undertaking a cook role).
