Role Introduction The role available is to act as Strategic Account Director for the most important and largest charities/membership and care services organisations that use a wide variety of our products. You will be a senior person, comfortable with engaging and influencing C and D suite within the client base to significantly increase revenue, whilst at the same time with a key eye for detail and excel in customer service What You Will Be Doing Regular Account Reviews with clients to ensure business as usual elements of the account like support, finance, implementation is running smoothly Working with C and D suite contacts at your clients to build a strategic plan around our partnership to drive adoption of new solutions and increase revenue Be targeted to grow revenue from existing products the clients consume from us Be targeted to grow revenue from new products the clients could consume from us Manage the internal relationships to ensure smooth delivery of the 4 objectives above What You Will Be Good At The Skills/Personality/Experience Requirements That Are Essential For The Role Preferably 5 years experience in account management of SaaS software solutions Extensive skill and experience in influencing C & D suite Whilst this is an account management role, a hunger for developing new business within accounts and skills/experience regarding customer profiling/new business approach is highly desirable and beneficial The charities and memberships domain/clients prefer an Account Director who listens to their needs intently and understands their business; and this is to be coupled with a drive to succeed in meeting/exceeding challenging sales numbers We provide some excellent support teams to the sales function here but in order to succeed in this role, the successful candidate must be a good internal facilitator and work well with internal teams in order to achieve the required outcomes for their clients
