As a Microsoft Dynamics Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics applications. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure the optimal performance, stability, and functionality of the Dynamics platform. Your expertise will help diagnose and resolve issues, implement enhancements, and provide essential guidance to users.
You will -
* Provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics applications, including Dynamics 365, AX, and CRM.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues promptly to minimise downtime and disruption.
* Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades, patches, and new implementations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
* Experience with SQL, NAV or Business Central and Azure is highly advantageous.
