Our client, a prominent player in the nuclear industry, is seeking a skilled Requirements Engineer to join a critical project near Reading. This is an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse and document project requirements, ensuring they align with project objectives
* Utilise DOORS software to manage and trace requirements throughout the project lifecycle
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements
* Ensure that all requirements meet security and compliance standards
* Provide detailed reporting and documentation to stakeholders
* Work both onsite and remotely to ensure project milestones are achieved
* Maintain a high level of security clearance and ensure all protocols are followed
Job Requirements:
* Experience in a requirements engineering role, particularly in the nuclear sector
* Proficiency with DOORS software for requirements management
* Current SC Clearance, with the ability to be put through to DV Clearance
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work 2 days onsite and 2 days remotely in a 4-day working week structure
* Outside of IR35
* Hybrid working model with 4-day work week
