Full Time 30 Hours Per Week – Including Weekends Flexible
At British Garden Centres, we aim to deliver a great experience in our centres and create an exceptional dining experience too.
We have a great opportunity for Restaurant Team Members to join our friendly restaurant and bring our food and service to life for our guests. Must be fully flexible, with hours that involve weekend work.
May be required to use a computerized tilling system and will involve usual jobs associated with working in a busy restaurant.
Must be friendly & confident for this customer-facing role. Be able to work on your own initiative & as part of a team, adapt to the demands & speed of the business at peak trading, and be flexible to cover holidays.

Main Duties:
1. Replenishing drinks & condiments
2. Making coffees
3. Serving customers
4. Running food
5. Pot wash
6. Clearing & wiping tables
7. Adhering to Health & Safety standards
8. Changing bins
9. Cleaning toilets
Must have experience in a fast-paced food business or coffee shop setting.
Skills required:
1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team
3. Knowledge of COSHH and food standards
4. Good communication skills
5. Professional and reliable
6. Remain calm under pressure
