Key Responsibilities
* Drive the implementation of the HR CX strategy and 3-year roadmap to deliver the HR vision, working in partnership with senior executives across HR and the firm.
* Provide strategic support to the HR ExCo and CX co-heads, assisting in executing in-year and multi-year business strategies.
* Manage key projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of senior executives, ensuring projects are on track and providing regular updates.
* Improve operational efficiency within the organization by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
* Manage the CX colleague engagement agenda, ensuring effective communication across departments.
* Develop performance reporting for key metrics and analyze insights to drive performance, including financial analysis and budget management.
Purpose of the Role
To lead the portfolio management team in delivering successful projects while ensuring alignment with controls and governance standards.
Accountabilities
* Lead the portfolio management team, setting the portfolio vision and managing performance.
* Monitor portfolio performance, tracking project progress, managing budgets, and reporting to senior management.
* Manage portfolio documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Facilitate portfolio governance, aligning projects with strategic objectives and managing risks.
* Manage the portfolio Book of Work, considering resources, stakeholder buy-in, and risks.
* Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
* Continuously improve portfolio management practices.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align practices with their needs.
* Develop portfolio management processes aligned with governance standards.
