Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Role Overview:
Seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, manage desktops, servers, security, and network infrastructure at our Milton Park site.
Key Responsibilities:
End-User Support: Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, install/configure systems, manage user accounts, and support MFA.
Security & Servers: Monitor servers, apply updates, manage firewalls, and ensure data backups.
Network Maintenance: Diagnose network issues, support LAN/WiFi, maintain cabling, and coordinate with providers.
Remote & Onsite Support: Assist users with technical queries and system transitions.
Requirements:
* Experience in IT support, desktop services, and network troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Cisco, and Palo Alto tools.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and security management skills.
