As Sponsorship Business Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of commercial partnerships for one of Europe’s most exciting flagship tech events — where 3,000+ founders, operators, investors, and senior leaders come together for two days of bold ideas, real talk, and meaningful connections.
The Opportunity:
You’ll be selling integrated sponsorship packages to a mix of global tech brands, scaleups, and startups — working directly with CMOs, CEOs, and growth leaders. This is a consultative, high-impact sales role selling high value bespoke solutions, where you’ll build strategic partnerships that go beyond stands and signs.
They have already driven superb value for Partners such as Zoom, Canva, HubSpot, Stripe, Deel, and HiBob who use this as a key channel to get in front of Europe’s most exciting scaleups!
What sponsorship packages include:
* Pre-, during, and post-event marketing & advertising
* Onsite exhibition space and sponsored zones
* Speaking slots and panel participation
* Lead generation and thought leadership opportunities
The Event in numbers:
* 69% founders or senior decision-makers
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the end-to-end sponsorship sales process for the flagship October summit
* Proactively generate new business opportunities and close high-value deals
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor compelling partnership packages
* Build long-term relationships with clients, some of which will be inherited
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years in sponsorship, media, or event sales
* Confident selling to senior stakeholders and C-suite
* Experience crafting high-value, bespoke commercial solutions
* Entrepreneurial, curious, and commercially minded
* A team player who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
