The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to teaching, outstanding leadership skills, and a strong financial management capability. Previous experience leading a team within an SEN environment is essential, and experience in setting up a new school would be desirable.As the Headteacher, you will have key responsibilities in strategic leadership, curriculum management, staff, and resource management, and accountability for success and attainment. You will be an integral part of this exciting opportunity to open a new school and achieve outstanding outcomes for young people.You will have a teaching qualification with QTS status and an NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship) or willingness to work towards NPQH the completion of this.
