Excellent opportunity to join a fast growing, market leader in Arbroath as Customer Service Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.
Office-based, with free on-site parking
Hours : Full-time, 5 days per week, M-F
Salary : £24,000
Your day to day:
* First point of contact for visitors and customers
* Hnadle general enquiries from customers, escalting where required
* Assist with online orders, including cancellations, shipping inquiries, and product details
* After sales administration and support including return and managment of fault reports
* Log and manage customer complaints, ensuring swift resolution and follow-up
* Escalte quality issues to the relevant teams
* Coordinate travel bookings: including flights, accommodation, and transport
* Diary management, coordinating meetings and managing Directors schedule
* Gate keeper duties
* Problem solving on behalf of the senior management team
* Support fundraising events and activities
* Charity liaison
* Organise team building activities
* Update newsletters and posts company wide
The ideal candidate will come with:
* Excellent customer service skills, proven ability to deal with customers face to face, over the phone and email
* Ability to drive preferred
* Excellent IT skills
* Good organisational and coordination skills
* Time management skills
