Job Description:
Established for over 40 years and one of the largest signage companies in the UK, Nuneaton Signs have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Junior Project Manager. You will be working closely with the Project Manager, Estimator and Sales team to ensure projects and installations are completed to a high standard. Assisting the sales team with gathering information prior to quoting, and ensuring they are well informed with client requirements.
Responsibilities
* Visit sites to take measurements and assess materials prior to sales quotations.
* Booking single/multiple jobs into our Installation Schedule inc. updating of schedule as jobs move.
* Liaising with installers, clients and Commercial Office Account Managers.
* Identifying job specific fixings/necessary tools.
* Booking site specific access equipment.
* Assist with preparation of Risk Assessment/Method Statements (RAMS).
* Preparation of O & M files on job completion
* Requirement to attend sites to either deliver signage or assist with installation.
Candidate requirements
* Experience in the construction sector
* Well organised with good document control
* Able to read and interpret construction drawings
* Site leadership training course SSSTS or SMSTS
* Microsoft Office and Excel experience.
* Good communication skills, happy to speak to clients.
* Clear and precise decision making.
* Ability to work calmly and logically under pressure.
* A full driving licence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
