Our client specialises in high-quality accessories and DIY for the home. Their products are often favoured for their ease of use and eco-friendly formulations.
They are looking for a highly skilled eCommerce & Performance Marketing Manager to play a critical part in driving their online sales and optimising the overall digital experience. You’ll lead the charge in enhancing their eCommerce platform, driving traffic, and boosting conversion rates.
About the role
* Drive eCommerce revenue growth, with a focus on paid media and organic traffic as key performance metrics.
* Manage and execute SEO, paid search, paid social, and oversee the paid media budget.
* Lead the Shopify store optimisation, including product merchandising, pricing strategies, and conversion rate optimisation.
* Own the execution of email marketing campaigns, focusing on retention and engagement metrics.
* Identify opportunities to scale growth through new projects, such as expanding into marketplaces or launching customer-driven features like FAQ forums.
* Be an integral part of the leadership team, contributing to the development and prioritisation of the company's digital strategy.
About you
* A performance-driven marketer with extensive experience in digital marketing-especially SEO, paid search, and paid social.
* Advanced Shopify knowledge and a strong track record in managing and optimising eCommerce platforms.
* Familiarity with CRO strategies, including A/B testing, data analysis, and user experience improvements.
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, and enjoys wearing multiple hats in a small team.
* A collaborative, fun team player who is comfortable with accountability and autonomy.
