Job summary A skilled professional to work in a busy customer focused and technically challenging environment within ICT Services. Policy/Backup and Restore/File Services/Application Installation and Configuration Experience of setting up new servers and services in a variety of settings including business critical applications Main duties of the job Reporting to the ICT Business Systems Manager, the post holder will be part of a team that supports the ICT infrastructure of Aneurin Bevan Health Board, which comprises over one hundred sites, including hospitals, clinics and associated support and administration services. The post holder will work as part of the Systems Support Team within ICT Services and will undertake the technical tasks required in providingcomprehensive systems support service to the Health Board, and other organisations. The post holder will be involved in project and technical support.This is a cross-functional unit where all members participate in all-operational aspects of the team. Team members are empowered to provide a level of service that will ensure fulfilment of the terms and conditions of the Service Level Agreement for systems support services between ICT Services and its customers.
