We are looking for a SHE Coordinator to play a key role in upholding and championing safety standards across our operational site. Working closely with the SHEQ Manager, you’ll support the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives and ensure a robust and proactive SHE culture is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out daily safety walkdowns and reviews of on-site activities
* Act as a key point of contact for SHE event reporting, investigations, and action follow-up
* Deliver SHE inductions and training to staff, contractors, and visitors
* Coordinate risk assessment and method statement reviews
* Contribute to safety communications, toolbox talks, and SHE bulletins
* Support environmental compliance, waste management, and site recycling initiatives
* Assist with internal audits, contractor assessments, and safety meetings
* Play an active role in promoting site-wide safety culture and initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
* 1-3 years’ experience in a SHE role, ideally within an industrial or COMAH-regulated environment
* Working knowledge of UK SHE legislation and standards (e.g. COSHH, PUWER, LOLER, PSSR)
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or currently working towards)
* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with people at all levels
* A proactive, detail-focused individual who leads by example
