Job summary Reporting to thePFI Contract Officer to support the PFI Contract Manager (ORC) with the programme of co-ordination, implementation, and delivery of the Compliance responsibilities and provide assurance that effective and responsive processes are maintained across the Trusts Oxford Road Campus. Main duties of the job Act as a flexible resource to support the Estates & Facilities Division (ORC) in any aspect of contract support. To work closely with any members of the management team at ORC to assist in improving the quality and compliance of E&F service delivery. To liaise where necessary to obtain information from the ORC PFI SPV management company and their sub-contractors on Estates related issues. Support the PFI Contract Officer (ORC) in monitoring and overseeing risk and governance processes and reporting systems, ensuring that Trust policies and procedures are adhered to Act as secretary to the meetings chaired by the Technical Director including EFMB and Schedule 35: duties to include organising meetings - booking venue / arranging dates around core member availability; taking and writing up minutes for PFI Contract Manager approval; circulating papers; chasing papers; producing documents for the Technical Director (ORC) for meetings.
