Working Pattern: Part Time ( 4 days per week) - FULLY OFFICE BASED IN FABULOUS OFFICES IN PUTNEY

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We are currently seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our client's dynamic team at their head office in Putney. As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Logistics team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to ticket queries from restaurants through our internal CRM system, Zendesk
2. Resolve all Zendesk tickets and escalate issues requiring HO involvement
3. Liaise with the Zendesk project team to improve system enhancements
4. Assist in the Supply Chain tasks for new restaurant openings, including order placement and confirmation
5. Escalate outbound logistics issues to the team
6. Provide general administration support to the Logistics team, such as KPI reporting and managing product forms and pricing
