Description
The main responsibilities for the Management Assistant role are:
Welcome visitors to the office and take switchboard calls
Maintain office supplies
Respond to customer correspondence and enquiries
Support Directors in their roles as and when required
Provide weekly reports for Directors
Coordinate diary entries for regular meetings (Board, Sub-Board, Regional Updates)
Organise legal documents to be reviewed by Directors and project team
Assist the Group Office Manager in ensuring all HR and Health and Safety records are kept up-to-date
Assist the Group Office Manager with HR and H&S functions
Assist the Group Office Manager in ensuring full compliance of all QMS policies and procedures
Assist in implementing and maintaining the QMS procedures and office administrative systems
Assist with maintaining contact register
Assist with approving employee expenses
When required, to assist with creating invoices
Assist with marketing activities which includes digital platforms
Assist with organising events including hotel bookings and travelProfile
