We're seeking a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for patient care and leadership, to step into a sole-charge role that offers both autonomy and an incredible opportunity to shape the future of the practice alongside the dedicated Lead Vet.
With digital X-ray, in-house blood machines, and access to ultrasound just 10 minutes away at a different branch, you'll be fully equipped to handle a wide variety of cases, including canine, feline, and the occasional exotic pet.
This role is tailor-made for an experienced, RCVS-registered RVN who thrives on delivering exceptional client care, supporting surgical procedures, and mentoring a team. You'll lead by example, managing nurse-led appointments, guiding your team through pre- and post-surgery activities, and setting clinical standards that embody excellence. Regular collaboration with nearby practices means that while this position is sole charge, you'll have the support and camaraderie of the wider network whenever needed.
Their well-appointed facilities feature separate cat and dog areas, two consultation rooms, a dedicated preparation room, a spacious kennel area, and a relaxing staff kitchen. Located in vibrant, affluent Teddington, our practice sits just minutes away from the picturesque Bushy Park - perfect for lunchtime strolls - alongside charming local cafes, boutique shops, and leafy green avenues.
If you're ready to lead a fantastic team, grow your clinical expertise, and make a lasting impact on the pets and people of Teddington, we would love to hear from you!
