Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Engage in door-to-door sales to generate leads and build customer relationships. - Conduct roof inspections to assess customer needs and recommend solutions. - Drive new business by actively prospecting and presenting the services of Ridge Valley Exteriors. - Meet and exceed sales targets and goals while providing excellent customer service. - Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the sales process. - Attend training sessions to become a Certified Roof Top Expert, gaining a thorough understanding of our products and services. - Positively contribute to the team culture at Ridge Valley Exteriors by collaborating with fellow team members to achieve business objectives. - Be present onsite on the day of installation to provide customer service, review details with customers, check in on progress, and close out the project upon completion. Ideal Candidate Should Possess: - A positive and outgoing personality that thrives in a customer-centric environment. - Strong drive and motivation to work hard and achieve sales successes. - Self-reflective qualities with a willingness to learn and grow in sales. - Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and building trust. - Availability to work five days a week, with Saturdays being the most productive and rewarding. - Willingness to conduct roof inspections and engage in door-to-door sales (training provided for effective door-knocking). - Ability to set up ladders, climb roofs, work at heights, access attics, lift 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions year-round. - Roofing sales experience is a plus, but not required (comprehensive training will be provided). - Ability to pass a background check for employment. - Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. - An iPad, laptop, and smartphone to get started.
