Our client is a leading electronic manufacturer, that values hard work, teamwork and developing people. They are looking for a HR Administrator that wants to develop their career along with the company growth, and embody a positive work environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
* This is a standalone position, responsible for all HR related activities
* Ensure the wellbeing of all employees dealing with personal and work related issues, building great employee relations
* Responsible for the payroll
* Be present during any disciplinary/grievance meetings
* Deal with recruitment responsibilities
* Assist with the company pension schemes
* Liaise with clients/customers for site meetings: Design and Engineering visits
* Input any relevant data into SharePoint
* Occasional visit to their other site based 40 minutes away
* Deal with the admin for their company cars
* Reporting directly into the CEO
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Must be an approachable person
* Happy to work individually and manage their own day
* Good computer literacy skills
* Relevant HR related experience
