Our client is seeking a Customer Account Manager to work with their Export clients. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts and providing a point of contact for any orders or queries they may have. You will need to have strong communication skills and account management experience is ideal. You will need to build strong relationships with existing clients and enjoy working under pressure to meet their expectations. Previous experience working as an Account Manager is ideal but not essential. The Role This is a very busy role where you will be managing a number of accounts. You will need to ensure that you provide a first class service to the customers. You will need to take responsibility for the customers and ensure that their needs are met on every level; this will include building strong business relationships. It is a varied role where you will be sourcing, quoting and placing orders for customers and managing the process through to delivery. The Ideal CandidateTo be considered for this role you must be extremely organised and have strong communication skills. Previous Export experience is ideal but not essential as they will provide you with full training but you must be able to understand technical information. Attention to detail is essential as are strong communication skills. You will be very customer focused with a commercial mind and have the ability to build relationships with key customers.
