Key Responsibilities:
* Set the Vision: Develop and execute a long-term marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
* Build the Brand: Position Hungry Minds as a world-class brand blending education, creativity, and entertainment.
* Drive Growth: Innovate and implement growth-hacking and performance marketing strategies to scale revenue and market penetration.
* Lead Marketing Teams: Manage and mentor in-house teams, agencies, and contractors across performance, brand, and content marketing.
* Optimize Campaigns: Oversee multi-channel marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, targeted ads, CRO, email marketing, and affiliate networks.
* Analyze Data: Leverage data-driven insights to enhance ROI and guide strategic decisions.
* Innovate Fearlessly: Experiment with cutting-edge formats, channels, and Brandformance initiatives.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to deliver cohesive marketing strategies.

* US Market Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with the US market, including its unique challenges and opportunities.
