It is an exciting time to join this growing, organisation who provide crucial services and support to the up-and-coming generation as they transform and expand their finance team In this Finance Business Partnering Manager role, you will: Consolidate and review financial data from various entities to prepare accurate and timely management accounts for presentation to the Head of Finance. Have line management responsibilities over a small team, including multiple Finance Business Partners and a Payroll Lead. Work closely with heads of entities to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans that align with strategic objectives. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making. Lead the transition from outsourced payroll services to an in-house payroll system, driving efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing. Continuously conduct comprehensive reviews of current management accounting and reporting processes to identify areas for improvement. Based in Essex, this role is being offered on a hybrid basis, allowing you to work from home two to three times per week. The successful candidate will: Be a part-, or fully qualified ACCA, ACA, CIPFA or CIMA Accountant, however candidates who are considered ‘qualified by experience’ are encouraged to apply. Have experience working in a similar role, producing management accounts for several entities. Be an excellent verbal and written communicator with the ability liaise effectively with stakeholders.
