Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition and Compliance Administrator will work alongside the Talent Partners and Group Talent Manager, providing administrative support. The post holder will act as the first point of contact for on-boarding and manage this process through to completion, enabling the delivery of a consistent and efficient recruitment journey to candidates and line managers. The role will involve maintaining compliant Pre-Employment Checks via the Single Central Record, scheduling interviews and managing interview administration and researching candidate pipelines for the Talent Partners. This is a heavily administration-based role and will require meticulous attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy whilst working at pace.
The role is offered on a full-time hybrid basis: 3 days per week in our Cambridge Head Office and two days from home.
Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the Pre-Employment Check (PEC’s) process and documentation for new hires - ensuring all safeguarding checks are adhered.
2. Processing and recording Right to Work Checks for new employees.
3. Proactively escalate issues and potential issues that may cause delay to start dates.
4. Manage accurately the Single Central Register spreadsheets.
5. Comply with internal audits information requests from Compliance Business Partner ensuring high pass rate at all times.
6. Manage interview bookings and system scheduling.
7. Collate and file interview feedback and scoring sheets.
8. Research Candidate Pipeline, input data into tracker.
9. Research Market Intelligence, input data into tracker.
10. Provide support and coordination to related services for Line Managers and Talent Partners.
11. Efficiently manage and prioritise multiple advanced administrative duties using judgment and initiative.
12. Occasional travel to all school sites.
