Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership: Motivate and manage academic staff, fostering a culture of high standards and continuous improvement.
2. Curriculum Development: Lead the creation and enhancement of HE programs, ensuring quality and compliance.
3. Business Growth: Identify opportunities for income generation and drive recruitment and promotional activities.
4. Operational Management: Oversee timetables, resources, and budgets to support teaching and learning.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Essential: Undergraduate degree, project management experience, strong communication and leadership skills.
2. Desirable: Postgraduate qualifications, experience in program development and stakeholder engagement.

This role is permanent, full time (35.5 hours per week).
