We wish to appoint a well-qualified Finance Officer to join our Bursary Team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will also work closely with the Bursar and other members of the wider team.
This is a wide-ranging role, with a focus on income collection and reconciliation, but at the same time allowing the postholder to gain a broad experience of all aspects of the finance operation. The Finance Officer joins the School at an exciting time, as we develop our analysis capabilities and seek to make greater use of systems and software to automate and streamline processes. The postholder will be instrumental in supporting the team to deliver these changes.
Candidates require excellent numerical and analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and a strong grasp of bookkeeping and financial controls. The role is full-time, on site, although there may be some flexibility for the right candidate.
