Apprenticeship Administration Assistant The Role: We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and detail-focused individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Administration Assistant. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting and processing the administrative aspects of apprenticeship programmes, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and administering apprenticeship programmes. Your duties will include (but not limited to), maintaining accurate records, managing correspondence, assisting with compliance and funding documentation, coordinating with Recruitment and Development Coaches, and ensuring timely responses to queries from stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your work will play a crucial role in enabling learners to achieve their qualifications and ensuring a seamless experience for all involved.
