About the Role:

* Your main task will be to collect blood samples from participants professionally, safely, and efficiently.

What you will do:
* Blood Sample Collection:
o Perform venepuncture and other blood collection techniques on participants accurately and safely.
o Adhere to clinical guidelines to ensure minimal discomfort for participants.
* Accurate Record-Keeping:
o Diligently document patient information and sample details.
o Ensure all records and labels are precise to prevent errors.
* Patient Care and Communication:
o Provide care and reassurance to participants.
o Offer clear information about the process and address any concerns to ensure a positive experience.
* Health and Safety Compliance:
o Strictly follow health and safety protocols.
o Maintain a sterile environment and manage clinical waste according to regulations.
* Collaboration with the Medical Team:
