We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a local company Denbighshire, on a full-time, temporary basis!
The successful candidate will work as part of an Accounts Administration team in a modern office environment. Previous experience in Accounts is beneficial, however, Administration skills are the main priority for this role.
Duties
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist in the preparation of documents and reports.
Organise and maintain an electronic database, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
Handle correspondence with clients and external contacts when needed.
Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete administration tasks.
Requirements
Availability for immediate start.
Proven experience in an Administration or Customer Service role
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
