Operational Quality Assurance Coordinator
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual in the role of Operational Quality Assurance Coordinator for the Community Nursing service. The post holder will support the Operations Manager and Clinical Team Lead to ensure the effective management of processes and systems in place to support data quality. They will be responsible for plotting and maintaining the nursing rotas via Health Roster and supervising the admin staff.
Main Duties of the Job
Some experience with systems such as Datix, SystmOne, and eRoster is desirable.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Level 4 in Business Administration or able to demonstrate equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
Knowledge
* A detailed understanding of the Integrated Community Services office environment.
* Knowledge of using data collection systems and SystmOne.
* An understanding of EOL, ERoster management, EExpenses, or an equivalent system.
* Knowledge of incident reporting and complaints handling.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Experience
* Practical experience of working with others.
* Experience in using one's own initiative.
* Experience of working within a health service environment.
* Experience of producing spreadsheets and reports.
* Practical experience of computerized recording systems.
