We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager to join Stannah’s dedicated Homelifts business based in Andover.
This job will involve leading and managing the production team to ensure the efficient and high-quality manufacture of our innovative products. Working closely with the team on the shop floor, you will oversee daily production activities, monitor performance, and foster a culture of excellence to meet quality and output standards.
As the Production Manager, you will work 37 hours a week. This job is a permanent role.

Production Manager Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and manage the production team to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
* Organise and oversee daily production schedules, ensuring customer delivery requirements are met.
* Monitor production processes for efficiency, safety, and compliance with quality standards.
* Ensure all products meet high-quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction.
* Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to monitor team performance and address real-time issues.
* Provide regular performance updates to the Head of Production Operations.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operational coordination.
Production Manager Requirements:
* Proven experience in a production management role, ideally within manufacturing.
* Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
* Experience in leading and developing a team, with a track record of fostering a positive work culture.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in manufacturing planning and resource management systems (MRP/ERP).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
