From September to December, you'll also assist in administering the flu vaccine to children in both primary and secondary schools. You'll need to vaccinate children efficiently, typically 12-25 per hour, depending on the vaccination programme. Working well as part of a team and collaborating with your colleagues is essential. You'll also be responsible for carrying out Gillick Competency Assessments with secondary-aged pupils and participating in clinical supervision and audits as required.
