Our growth has been nothing but spectacular, recently doubling the players and venues joining us on the journey. Today, our platform offers a wide range of solutions for players to find and book their court, and for venues to administer their schedule while offering training and competitions. To help us achieve our ambition, we are looking for a new member to join our team. Join us as a Sales Manager and be part of the Commercial team building the number one racket sports platform.
What you will do
As the Sales Manager in the UK at MATCHi, you will be the driving force behind our growth and success in the UK market. This role combines strategic sales leadership with strong relationship building, ensuring our platform delivers exceptional value to sports organizations, venues, and racket sport enthusiasts.
You will be responsible for the UK market, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities, and leading initiatives to establish MATCHi as the go-to solution in the racket sports industry. By combining your passion for sales with a deep understanding of customer needs, you'll contribute to expanding our presence and driving market adoption.
What you will bring
* Proven, hands-on experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans and initiatives.
* Strong networking skills and extensive experience in building strong relationships
* A good understanding of costs, revenue, and profit margins.
* A track record of leveraging strong sales and negotiation skills to build long-term partnerships.
What sets you apart
* Experience in SaaS scale-ups and go to market tactics.
* Knowledge of the racket sports industry and MATCHi’s product portfolio and SaaS platform would be advantageous.

Location
The position is home-based in the UK, requiring a high level of motivation and self-discipline to succeed in a remote work environment. You must also be prepared to spend a minimum of 10 days per year at our headquarters.
