Main duties of the job
Working shifts as a registered nurse on the PITU Day Unit. Working as part of the multidisciplinary team, to deliver the highest quality care to our patients, in line with our trust values.
As an accountable registered nurse you will be responsible for delivering excellent care to an allocated group of patients providing total patient care.
Clinical duties include acute and chronic medical care, managing deteriorating patients, wound management, pain management, diabetes management, health promotion, patient education, complex discharge planning, and sepsis treatment. Exciting opportunities exist to join our teams working within our inpatient renal wards.

* Post-registration experience working in an acute hospital setting
