MHE Instructor/Trainer Opportunity
Location: Slough/Reading
Estimated Salary:$50,000 - $65,000 per annum
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MHE instructor to join our growing team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to customers across the south of England.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt their training style to meet the needs of diverse learners.
You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities
* To deliver comprehensive MHE training programs to customers in a safe and effective manner
* To provide tailored support to learners to ensure they achieve their learning objectives
* To maintain accurate records of training delivery and learner progress
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant experience as an MHE instructor/trainer
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to travel extensively throughout the south of England
