About this opportunity:
This new talent specialist role focuses on managing the development of key parts of Talent Management (TM) policy and solution design with a particular focus on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), Leadership and Organizational Development (OD). Reporting to the Global Head of D&I, this person will engage in managing talent research projects, solution development and design projects, as well as a few centrally driven initiatives. A proven track record of working with D&I is essential along with a broad understanding of organizational development and strong project management skills. The expectation to work through and across all TM practice areas ensures this role will be stretching and engaging.
Ability to collaborate with other stakeholders essential – within Group Function People Leadership, across the global People community with specific focus on D&I leaders, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and external partners. Global Talent Management delivers minimal front-end implementation, so this role requires strong influence and engagement skills to ensure our colleagues in the business, markets and functions feel involved and vested in the implementation of strategy, policy and solution design. Ability and willingness to co-create and iterate based on input ensures that our policies and solutions are relevant across geographies and domains.
What you will do:
* Design and develop Global Talent Management policies with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Leadership and Organizational Development (OD).
* Manage and conduct research projects to gather insights that inform global talent solutions and policies.
* Collaborate with global people and business stakeholders to design and develop relevant talent solutions which can be tailored to specific needs across geographies and domains.
* Establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations, industry groups, and thought leaders to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including D&I leaders, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and partners, to ensure alignment and foster collaboration.
* Use strong influence and engagement skills to involve colleagues across different business areas in the implementation of strategies and solutions.
* Oversee, manage, and monitor the effectiveness of global talent management initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management, D&I, and OD to ensure strategies remain current and effective.

* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives from concept to execution in a global, matrixed organization.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, with a strategic and data-driven approach to addressing challenges.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering buy-in and participation in diversity and inclusion programs.
* Knowledge of good practices and emerging trends in D&I and organizational development, with a commitment to advancing equity and belonging within the workplace.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire diverse audiences.
* Experience in developing and delivering training and education programs related to diversity and inclusion is a plus.
