We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager with specialised knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to join our team on a short-term, remote contract.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into actionable product plans. Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes to align with business objectives and customer needs.
2. Project Management:
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception through to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive product development and launch. Track project progress, manage timelines, and report on key milestones and deliverables.
3. Market & User Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Engage with users to gather feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Dynamics 365 F&O related product initiatives. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on product status, challenges, and achievements. Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical and non-technical team members.
5. Technical Expertise:
Leverage deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to drive product innovation and efficiency. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any product issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
* Strong understanding of finance and operations processes and how they integrate within Dynamics 365.
* Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
* Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
