We are currently working in partnership with an established Developer to identify a talented Site Manager to join due to a large project starting. You can expect to be working on schemes from over £30 million in value, predominantly working in the high-rise residential, new build and listed building refurbishment and re-development. We require all applicants to have worked on new build steel frame and multi-story structures.
This is a rare opportunity to join a company who specialise well built, good quality developments. You will be part of a growing company who are already making their mark in the South West region. We are open to applications from Site Managers and Senior Site Managers.

* You would be working closely with various individuals, and reporting into the senior project management team, in order to oversee one of their South West flagship schemes.

* Varied projects every project and development will offer variety. Most structures will be large multi story one off projects not standard house types.
Key Skills:
* Good organisational skills;
* Steel frame and multi-story build experience.
* Client facing skills;
* You will be able to work as part of a team and individually showing initiative as required by the scheme you are working on;
* Able to project manage from inception to completion throughout the whole scheme life cycle;
* Commercial awareness and an ability to establish and maintain good working relationships;
* Strong maths and computer skills;
* You would bring with you a strong eye for problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure the safe and on-time upkeep with build programmes.

Essential Requirements:
* SMSTS
* CSCS CARD
* FIRST Aid Card
* NVQ Level 3/higher or HNC/HND or degree equivalent
