FinTech Recruitment Solutions is delighted to be working with a well-known energy business who are looking to recruit a Project Costing Administrator on a permanent basis. This position will work closely with the Project Accountant and will be responsible for: Prepare contract financial cost reports including analysis and reporting of variance between achieved and budget. Management and control of variations including the identification, quantification, submission and agreement while ensuring appropriate project controls are being implemented. Assists in the preparation of financial elements for Client reports. Working with operations to ensure both internal and client forecasts are updated in a timely and accurate manner. Minimise the level of work carried as work in progress. Liaise with operations/client to ensure that they are provided with all information in line with their requirements. Assist in the preparation of monthly sales invoices and ensure all invoices are reviewed for accuracy and are posted in line with the monthly deadlines. Identification of areas of commercial weakness and assist in rectifying/improving such problems. Provide support for internal / external audits Candidates will ideally have experience working within a similar role. SAP experience is beneficial but not essential. Get in touch for full details
