Our client is a very established leader within the beauty industry, who is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role is to drive sales and support the management of the company's brands with a focus on their top client.
Job Title: Account Manager
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
Location: Redhill – own transport is required due to location
Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.30
Benefits: 23 days holiday plus BHs – addition day each year until 30 days reached, enhanced pension scheme, product discounts
Key Responsibilities and Duties
1. Support sales operation of all brands with top client, with strategic development and management of existing accounts
2. Maximise sales of all brands via the client through careful planning and strategy
3. Using show and sales analysis to meet sales targets and strive to exceed these by maximising and creating opportunities
4. Effectively plan stock and consumables necessary to fulfil orders
5. Proactive communication with client, through all channels
6. Manage vendor web for all brands
7. Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our plans & strategies according to customer needs and objectives
8. Plan, develop and manage promotions including ROI analysis
9. Monitor sales / key lines and provide forecasts & feedback
Key Skills and Qualifications
1. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels with buyers and senior management.
2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while paying strict attention to detail
3. A background in the beauty, retail or consumer sectors
4. A confident demeanour and ability to thrive in a busy, team-orientated environment
