Salary Circa: £20,000-£22,000 with potential to increase following training programme
Industry: Insurance – No insurance experience needed
Purpose
* The role will require someone who has good judgement, is analytical, pays great attention to detail, is flexible, self-motivated, driven & who delivers excellent customer service.
* You will complete our clients’ licenses to sell/advise insurance – minimum 3 months to level 2 (22-24k) then minimum another 3 months to level 3 (24.5k-28k).
* In the office 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
* Continuously identify areas for improvement and provide potential solutions to the company and reduce costs.
* Deliver excellent customer service whilst meeting customer requirements for Existing Business and Renewals.
* Understand the processes and procedures required to provide quotations & put forward suitable products to meet the client’s demands and needs.
* Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions.
* Identify complaints and refer to the necessary complaint handler.
* Dealing with queries by email, telephone and in person ensuring that all SLAs are adhered to.
* Ensure that telephone calls are answered & dealt with promptly & efficiently.
Skills and Competencies
* The skills to prioritise and organise workload and work to deadlines.
* Ability to work as part of a team and form strong relationships with colleagues.
* Excellent communication skills and strong team ethic.
* Manage time effectively; ability to work under pressure.
* Good personal organisation skills and people skills.
* Good timekeeping and presentation of self and work.
* Financial services experience or a graduate.
