Job Summary
Compass Associates is a leading Health and Social Care Recruitment Consultancy providing tailored recruitment solutions for permanent assignments. We are working in partnership with a home care provider in Sheffield who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support.
The Role
* As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of your service, managing a team of staff and working in partnership with colleagues and senior management to ensure the provision of a high-quality service.
* You will be responsible for ensuring individual needs and organisational priorities are met, and for developing and enhancing the service.
* Experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting is essential, with a Level 5 in Health and Social Care or working towards this qualification.
* A driver's licence with access to a car is also required.
